Terms of delivery

Federal express antibody delivery

 

All deliveries to the delivery address mentioned by the customer with a total value of > € 500,- (ex. V.A.T.) are carriage paid, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

For deliveries with a total value < € 500,- DivBioScience is allowed to charge for order handling and shipping.

 

For cooled transport (dry ice, blue ice, cooling elements) DivBioScience is allowed to invoice a surcharge of € 25,- per shipment.

 

DivBioScience is free in choosing the way of shipping. Extra costs for a different way of transport (requested for by the customer) will be invoiced to the customer.

 

 

Charges
All deliveries in the Netherlands to the delivery address mentioned by the customer with a total value of € 350,- and up (ex. V.A.T.) are carriage paid, unless otherwise agreed upon.

For deliveries with a total value under € 350,- DivBioScience is allowed to charge an amount of € 20,- for order handling and shipping.

For deliveries with a total value under € 50,- DivBioScience is allowed to invoice €10,- surcharge for small order handling.

For cooled transport (dry ice, blue ice, cooling elements) DivBioScience is allowed to invoice a surcharge of € 25,- per shipment.

Shipping costs for deliveries outside the Netherlands will be invoiced to the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

DivBioScience is free in choosing the way of shipping. Extra costs for a different way of transport (requested for by the customer) will be invoiced to the customer.
